Some growing pains since the senior living sector is growing so rapidly which is essentially a positive to be a part of it.

The building is very well done and clean

The sexual harassment policy is not enforced at all especially when it comes to residents harassing employees. Hiring is not taken seriously (in my department) and many extremely under qualified individuals are hired on a regular basis.
