      Great management team- supportive- reliable- and ultimately there for the residents.

      No company implementation of onboarding or easy reference for procedures.

      Pros

      Better than average benefit packages for salaried employees. Flexible (depending upon property Executive Director) work schedule.

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians. Definitely top heavy with a Vice President of Everything. Too many layers to navigate when major decisions have to be made.

      Residents are great to interact with, free meal

      Cons

      As a salary employee I worked 55 hours scheduled. Lots of sexual harassment in the kitchen and the director of dinning allows it and contributes. Pay rate to be a server is a joke.
