Pros

Pay is Decent, and the Residents are Amazing, Meals [sometimes] included

Cons

Management sucks. Everyone within Spectrum are Liars. They don't care about their employees or the residents. The "core values" are bullsh*t, not one person in management upholds those values. You can request an exit interview, and get denied. They don't care about your opinion/feelings/thoughts, etc. I asked several times for a "good example" of something they wanted done, and they didn't provide one in over a year while I was there, probably because no one knew what they were doing. Expense Reports take over 4 months to get your money back. There is much more, but they care to know what they can do to improve to have a better work environment.
