Cons

No advancement or transfer opportunities. Below average pay and high workload. Little work life balance.

Residents, co-workers, beautiful new community.

Cons

Typical corporate with unrealistic expectations. All they care about is money. Employees are not taken care of. Corporate does not care about the well being of the residents.
