I've been a full-time employee at Mountain Park for five years. I have been promoted within the company and definitely have more opportunities to grow from here. With all the new communities that are under construction, there is a tremendous opportunity for growth, and Spectrum is a company that likes to promote from within.

Cons

Have to work some weekend hours...for other employees, we are open 24/7, so there will be overnight hours

Great people to work with. A company that is big on offering employees many opportunities to learn, grow, and communicate with all levels of management. It neat to be a part of a company where employees located at different communities consistently reach out and support each other.

Cons

Always working weekends. Not having any holidays off.
