Great people to work with. A company that is big on offering employees many opportunities to learn, grow, and communicate with all levels of management. It neat to be a part of a company where employees located at different communities consistently reach out and support each other.

Cons

Always working weekends. Not having any holidays off.

You feel like you belong with the staff and residents. There are some people that are grumps, but you genuinely feel like they need and want you.

Cons

Understaffed, high turnover, it's very difficult to get a raise, some drama, but that's just the one I'm at, I'm sure others are different.
