Pros

Working with the elderly, Fun events to participate in, Appreciation lunches/dinners/parties, Free meal per shift, Flexible time if you need it (doctor appointments., etc) Bonuses for hitting quarterly goals,

Cons

No one to fill in for you when you go on vacation leaving you to work more before and after or not being able to take off in general because it's not a good time. Communication issues with communities and the home office execs.
