Pros

some residents can become like family Co-workers are in the trenches with you, so you tend to build strong bonds Flexible scheduling

Cons

Attendance Policy Low-Pay, High Stress Management treats you like an idiot Supervisors don't listen to employee advice to make the workplace better Corporate micro-manages everything, so even if the supervisors could try to make it better, chances are Corporate wouldn't allow it.
