The fun and upbeat atmosphere is what keeps me going day to day. I enjoy seeing the residents watching movies in our cinema, enjoying their morning and afternoon work outs wit our fitness director. Etc. I love interacting with them, hearing about their families, & seeing how proud they are to show their homes to their guests who visit. Thumbs up to Carmel Senior Living.

Training Techniques should be looked into and improved.
