Wonderful advancement oppotunities for those who work hard and want them, Great, welcoming environment forboth residents and team members, Oppotunities to express your concerns and be heard.

Cons

At our community there is limited parking for team members, but even that doesn't detour me from coming every day (I just get a walk in each shift!).
