good benefits, pay is very competitive. Nice communities and are well taken care of. some very competent people at headquarters.

Cons

core values not lived out. treat some very unfairly, while others are favorites. limited opportunity for advancement. allows incompetent people to continue to work in the communities

This company has it down pat. They understand treating not only residents, but employees with respect. In short, they get it. The fact the the company is so successful and keeps growing reflects their understanding that happy employees= happy residents. The salary, incentives, benefits are aligned perfectly. The best company I have ever worked for, and am privileged to currently work at.

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of.
