I like working at Rigden because the residents are great, it is a relaxed atmosphere. I do not get hounded about what I am doing and the time it takes to do anything.

Cons

Cons of working at Rigden Farm are it is sometimes stressful but in the long run it is rewarding knowing that you are contributing to bettering the lives of our seniors.

Pros

Spectrum Retirement utilizes state of the art tools, technology and resources to ensure that team members have what they need to care for the residents. The staff and leadership actually live out the company's core values rather than just paying them lip service. Pay is comparable for the industry but the benefits have been excellent, particularly for full-time, salaried employees. Lots of opportunities for growth in the company and ample educational resources for professional development.

Cons

Spectrum is still a "young" company and it has taken some time to roll out more robust personnel policies and standards and practices but as the company grows so has the home office support.
