Since Chris Winfrey has taken over, he has implemented changes to the remote work policy that force people to drive in the snow and come to work while sick. He's some kind of east coast nutjob who can't adjust to post-covid norms and is willing to sacrifice the wellbeing of workers and their families on the altar of his mental issues. -- Morale has cratered. Tons of people are waiting for the market to turn and they will be gone. Senior engineers, extremely valuable human capital, are just waiting to jump ship when the time is right. The organization will end up completely crippled, but the CEO doesn't care. Everyone is pushing back, but he doesn't care. He's a total loon who is destroying the company. And it looks like things are only going to get worse. Stay away, if possible.

The leadership could not possibly be more negative. If you work well with people pointing out each and every flaw you have, all day, every day... despite how good you are performing. This is the job for you. If you prefer positivity and being congratulated for good work, good days, or following sales process... this is not the place for you. They need to restructure the entire way they give feedback because it is mentally draining. You will NEVER make them happy. EVER.
