A good place to wirk

Pros

While the pay isn't the greatest, there's a bonus program for every employee, not just management. The company itself truly cares about it's employees and the communities where they are located.

Cons

It's a retail job so it comes with all those negatives. Grumpy customers, co-workers who don't pull their weight, goals that can at times seem unobtainable. Also, one is told if they feel overwhelmed to ask for help, yet when help is requested, often times it is denied.

Pros

Fantastic opportunites for advancement! Very stable company that doesn't have lay-offs, hiring freezes or wage freezes. Great benefits for FT employees. Double pay on holidays. Educational reimbursement programs. Weekly paychecks.

Cons

Very busy, fast-paced environment so if you're looking for a job where you can stand around and do nothing, this is not for you. Must work weekends and holidays.

Pros

I love my team! We all work as a family and operate as a unit. We do our best to communicate accurately and always pick up eachothers slack. The company has left a wonderful impression on me. I never thought that I could receive such support from a District Manager, District Recruiter, Regional Manager, or Company in general. I wouldn't trade the support for the world. This company has excellent room for advancement and offers benefits from the get-go. Training is hands on and computer-based. You learn something new every day, but the company does its best to give you a good foundation to build from.

Cons

No first shift for Co-managers, but the company is flexible.
