Speedway offers a variety of career advancement opportunites to their employees for all position levels. The company is experiencing a high level of growth and advancment opportunites are plentiful. All positions have a bonus program and are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Management positions are eligible for medical/dental benefits and PTO as well. The company is fast paced and eager to promote talent from within!

I have been with this company for a little under two years and in that time, Speedway has changed my life. I have been a CSR, a Shift Lead, a Co-Manager and now an intern for the HR Department. I have met incredible people and I have heard some amazing stories of how the individuals in this company have truly touched the lives of others. I have been given opportunities to succeed with this company, and in those opportunites, I have grown as a person. The work is challenging, and at times, I've had to make sacrifices. But nothing good comes easy. For those that are willing to work hard, for those that have a passion and a drive, the possibilites are endless. I will never forget the people I have met, both customers and co-workers.
