Cons
Since the 7Eleven takeover things have gone consistently downhill. Communication is horrific all along the lines especially in Marketing information not being passed along in a timely and correct manner. We, Speedway, used to be a highly thought of company, but now we seem to be a second-string business not being run efficiently. Tired of having all kinds of silly toys being sent to the stores with no where to merchandise them or store them. I thought we were a convenience store not a toy store??!! Bonuses for Store management has been cut drastically, and rumor has it that some of our benefits will be cut this upcoming year. If so, I foresee certain management looking for new jobs elsewhere. It's actually quite a shame how far Speedway has declined since 7Eleven took over.
