Pros

Fast, fun yet challenging enviroment. Pension plan. Great benefits overall. Most customers very friendly and enjoy Speedway and the rewards program. Great work schedule for store managers. 5, 6 am to 3, 4 pm M-F. No nights, weekends or holidays.

Cons

You talk up bonus for management, up to 3k monthly but almost nobody ever receives anywhere near this. To focused on task, focus should be on customers/ sales. Who works 10 hours a day without break? You do at Speedway, everyday! Store managers need more HR training.

Pros

The job i do is pretty easy and i can get the job done with ease because of the helpful wok environment

Cons

the job entails a lot of tidying up after dealing with customers. these areas of concern are the beverages areas.
