Pros

The bonuses can be very rewarding, even for customer service representatives.

Cons

The base rate compared to other competitors. Lunches or breaks in a 10 hour shift would be nice.

Pros

They have top-notch benefits. If you have a good staff you have a very nice work/life balance.

Cons

There is very little communication from upper to lower/mid management. You are then held responsible for items that you were not informed of. There is A LOT of favoritism for store assignments. If the district manager likes you, you get a good store. If the District manager doesn't like you, not only do you get a sub-par store, they will also talk bad about you to other managers.
