Pros

Good place to work if you want a lot of overtime. Also, this job provides a variety of different duties and you seem to learn something new every day.

Cons

You are on call and carry a company pager which must be on and on your person 24 hours a day. You can expect to be called out at any time which includes nights, weekends, and all holidays.

Pros

The customers are a great reason to work here. They make coming to work everyday a fun, exciting place to be!

Cons

Top executives don't understand the reality of being in the store. Too high of expectations of what needs to be accomplished.
