Pros

Weekly pay is only upside so far I like the people I work with not their work ethics

Cons

Managers are the only ones who receive bonuses even though they didn't earn them alone. Poor support from management and district management Irrational standards with no problem solving on parts of management or corporate. Equipment constantly breaks and malfunctions and they are in no hurry to fix it making it difficult to do your job adequately. Asms hide in the back and leave you to deal with long lines alone. Zero appreciation even when you go above and beyond for speedway.

Pros

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 50 hours a week.

Cons

On call 24/7. Employee compensation and turnover is the lowest in the industry, so it is hard to recruit and develop good talent. If someone calls out, it is likely you will be covering the shift yourself. Unrealistic goals and expectations. If you want to make goals and maximize bonus, you will be working much more than 50 hours per week.
