amount of hours given to complete required tasks, lacking support in some stores that are in bad areas and need extra to combat inner city issues ( extreme shoplifting, drug addicts using restroom as a shootup area

They say to work within authorized hours but you cannot accomplish all the tasks that are required, to the standard they are requiring. All the staff do everything we can to get everything done, still never good enough. I have heard the phrase "a snapshot in time" when we are being inspected, but they don't give ANY leeway. If you have a hole due to extra sales...too bad! Very stressful; no appreciation from corporate; it used to be fun but no more; Eby brown is terrible as they can't send what was actually ordered, and then we get dinged on our inspection...fair? Not! Advancement is near impossible if you ever stepped down or got demoted. Never given a 2nd chance?! Overly micro-managed!
