Pros

The only couple Pro's I can think of is 1. The bonus structure (If you can make it till they start paying it out) 2. Your staff (Maybe)

Cons

Speedway talks about their bonus program as soon as you get recruited. The simple fact is if you start out as a Co-Manager Trainee you won't receive a bonus at all until you have been promoted. Then you have to wait another 3 months to even being being allowed to have a bonus once you are promoted! HIGH TURNOVER! Unless you are lucky with long staffed CSR's you will be working more than 50 hours a week. Speedway pays their managers to be glorified Cashiers.

Pros

Training will be enjoyable, pay is good

Cons

Management is clueless, Store managers have little education, and low leadership skills, at the two locations I was at. The Co Manager is a glorified cashier that gets thrown under the bus by store managers..I talked to other Co-Managers..was not just me...they consider a work week..50 hours
