      Pros

      I liked the fast pace and the store was in a little area so you knew all your customers. The job was pretty easy and there was a lot to do to keep you busy. The hardest part was filling the coolers in the back. You got bonuses alot and the pay was weekly.

      Cons

      Hours sucked. Never got a weekend off because the store manager always took the weekend off so you had to be there when the manager wasn't. When I tried to ask for a weekend off i was told that weekends were the managers assigned days off and I could never have it off. When I didn't do the safe right (like put money in it right because there is a certain way you have to put it in) I would get yelled at instead of getting help with fixing it. Poor training it what I should say

      Pros

      Flexible hours, competitive pay. Benefits including health insurance and life insurance.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disconnected from retail side, constantly maintains low opinions of CSRs and even some management, regardless of their job performance. Usually manifests in passive-aggression and condescending comments.
