      Pros

      Lots of responsibility and autonomy. It's possible to be hired as a Leadership Program Participant directly out of college and be responsible for 12-14 stores with around 120-150 employees within one year. Company car included, choose your own hours (within reason). Very good 401k matching and health insurance.

      Cons

      Must be willing to relocate as a district manager in order to promote within the company. You get 0 weeks of vacation until you reach one full year of employment. Then shortly after you receive 1 week then 2 weeks; at 5 years you receive 3 weeks.

      Health Insurance, monthly bonuses if you get them or if they are worth the work you bust your butt doing, meeting new people,

      Cons

      Work crazy amount of hours, low salary pay, constant switching of District Managers, District Managers who only know and understand reports and not actually knowing what it takes to work in a store. Employees always calling in. Poor turn over rate. Monthly inspections that take away from your bonuses. Very stressful environment.

      Pros

      The company has a lot of fun people who work for it, regular raises, and there is never a dull moment.

      Cons

      They can be very stingy on promotions, especially for employees who are limited on their ability to go to other stores. Also, recognition for employees who try to stand out can seem limited.
