Pros

Most fun work environment I've ever experienced. We are a small, close knit team and do many activities to promote 'office happiness' - as well as volunteer around the community monthly. Getting to work on new projects to create the future of this company is extremely important to me. I like knowing I'm making a difference everyday that I'm in the office. It's definitely a work hard, play hard type of company.

Cons

Due to the fact that the company is in a state of major growth, we are at times having to implement processes along the way. This can be overwhelming at times, but is also one of the reasons I love my job here. It gives all of us a chance to be a part of that important change as the company increases in size.

Pros

It's easy to represent a company that has a great product and the clients love like at SpinFusion. The work itself is challenging and stimulating (like working a puzzle) so I'm never bored. The environment is friendly and helpful. It's a small company and I feel like an integral part of the team, not just another employee.

Cons

Sometimes the deadlines can be short, so that can be stressful.

Pros

The company is growing like crazy and my co-workers are amazing to work with. The work is challenging and the office environment is so comfortable and fun! We work very hard, but I have a great work life balance. I enjoy learning about new products with in SpinFusion's product bundle and how to best support those new features.

Cons

Sometimes there isn't enough time in the day to get all of the work done.
