Pros

Very few. The people on the team are great and will be your life support throughout your career.

Cons

Long hours, horrible morale in the office, the owner will regularly go off on tirades and maliciously insult anyone and everyone. Tried to save the company by hiring an experienced and intelligent COO, who ended up leaving within 2 months of hire.
