Pros

Spirit Electronics is under new ownership since Sept. 2017. The new vision of Spirit Electronics is inspiring, and the new team is working towards common goals. Work/life balance is of key importance. Spirit Electronics is making a name for itself in the aero/mil industry. This is a company that believes in taking care of our customers, working hard and having fun.

Cons

The initial training is lacking, but this is being addressed.
