Unfriendly and unhelpful executive team. Lack of amenities. Lack of adequate restrooms. Lack of adequate emergency system, including medical emergency (AED, etc.). Unclear department and company goals so you don't know how your work is impacting the organization. Pay is far lower than the market offers and promotions are far and few.
