Every work environment has its pros and cons but, its really dependent on your attitude and approach to working with multiple personalities and different daily tasks!
Cons
Not many that I can think of except when the free cold brew on tap runs low or ...even those times when you need to put a little extra time in to get something done for the following week but, what job doesn't? A job isn't just work and a paycheck. You're doing work that's part of a bigger picture.
