Pros

Can’t think of any positives

Cons

- They call themselves a sports technology business but it’s a betting business with a betting culture - The leadership team have no decision making rights or delegated authority, all is dictated by the CEO who runs the company by point to point Zoom calls - The company has no strategy, instead what happens depends on the mood of the CEO on the day - Even the Board is toothless since the CEO controls the majority of the votes and he does what he likes - The US business is neglected and everything centres around Europe - Staff and management turnover is incredibly high so there is no continuity - The list goes on….

Pros

Great concept. My plan was to work with Sportradar during my retirement years.

Cons

Virtually no support during startup. Sportradar will not speak with you on the phone - only email and text messages. They will send you files to review that will takes many hours to decipher in learning their software when a simple (brief) phone conversation would be appropriate. I have traveled to three football games ($737 out of pocket) + $450 in scouting fees that I doubt will ever be paid to me. Budgets were approved for all three events prior to me spending my time and money to scout the games. I have three days invested into traveling to games plus another four days spent studying certification and software training. I have had a POOR experience with Sportradar. I regret spending a moment of time with this poorly managed operation.

Pros

Sports Job is super easy if you're quick with the keyboard

Cons

Management Doesn't Invest in Employees Low Career Mobility Hours are sporadic and tough to navigate Pay is terrible - albeit the job is easy. What you're producing for the bottom line is undervalued.
