Cool company but Sales Org is broken and lost
Pros
Cool company and product; great perks (fully paid health insurance). The path of the company is amazing. However, within the sales org, your experience here is largely dependent on how lucky you get with your account list, as it's not very equitable from seller to seller.
Cons
Sales leadership consists of an old boys club and some new female leadership that has done little to shake up the boys club mentality. The team is fluffy, mostly incompetent, unmotivating, and out of touch. No room for growth at the company - completely flat organization if you stay in the sales org. Advertising is not prioritized from the company, as most of the money is made from subs. Change is constant - be ready for some whiplash and chaos. Micromanage every single action (required number of meetings per week, tracking every possible action and comparing it to the overall sales org, etc). VERY big brother
