Pros
Brands want to talk to Spotify, so it was an easy way to get your foot in the door. Company culture is fun, but employees are not valued. Good swag.
Cons
Horrible work/life balance. Worked consistently 60-80 hours/wk. Management would reach out at nights or on weekends - never felt like I had time "off". Extremely short-staffed and management could not do anything about it. Collective narrative across the org was "be grateful you even have this job"
