Sales team seem to be stuck in a 'Start up' culture- individual and obscene targets, only being recognised as a number, high staff turn over, pressure to hit target otherwise threats of your job. Not reflective of the UK sales market which is more team and development orientated.
Wonderful colleagues, focus on culture inclusivity and work life balance

Sales system is broken. Internal operations do not let the employees perform their jobs. The mid- to long term strategy for the sales team is questionable and difficult to relate to for sales teams.
