      Friendly interesting people work here, meaningful mission, the company cares about its employees, decent benefits for a start-up of its size (~250 FTEs), intentional about helping employees seek out upware mobility and growth opportunities.

      Employees are genuinely mission-driven Exec/Leadership team actually care about the employee experience - the employee voice was always sought, and factored into decisions Exciting work and interesting challenges to solve Ample opportunity to take ownership of projects and to get cross-functional experience working with other teams Invest in employee's growth + providing opportunities for promotion - generally prefer to hire from within when possible Great environment to learn and grow from a very talented team

      Cons

      Exactly what you would expect from a startup experience - Lower salaries in certain geographies Most weeks are over 40 hours Budget constraints, etc. ... if you're there for the right reasons, these things are expected and aren't a detraction. I can honestly say that I always felt supported and comfortable discussing issues with management. They care.
