      Pros

      A dedicated team that genuinely cares about the work Interesting work and great product Fairly transparent work environment, you always have a good idea what's going on across the company Good culture around taking time off/mental health.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low Not much room for upward mobility Toxic positivity problem - everyone is just trying to be relentlessly positive all the time and this means that there is a lack of honesty about when things aren't going well

      - People, especially ICs, in the company are great to work with. - Everyone works hard toward the mission. - Some cool benefits like the learning budget.

      Cons

      - Low pay compared to how much work you put in. - When things are going well, success is shared. When things are not going well, a lot of pointing fingers. - Not much career growth.

      Pros

      Great people who genuinely care about your growth and are vested in your success. A wonderful culture built on teamwork and honest feedback. A very mission driven startup that goes above and beyond to do the right thing for each of its students. Easily the best place I've ever worked!

      Cons

      Like any startup, it's very fast paced with lots of ambiguity and fires to put out. Longer hours for not great pay.
