Fantastic team, very rewarding work. Challenging at times, but we have a real and measurable impact on people's lives every day. My coworkers are a delight. They also have a really good benefits package.

Cons

I wish, for the cost of living in SF, that I was making more. But really, its not a bad salary.

Management unclear on expectations from developers and testers. No focus on performance but everyone talks about culture. Exceptions made for people who have been in the company for long and are in good books of CTO/director. Nothing to learn and new policies are making role transitions hard. Overall good place for low performers who can follow processes
