      + You are encouraged to take on a wide breadth of responsibilities that will serve you well later on + You will work with a group of highly talented and inspirational peers, who will always take the time to listen and help you grow + Education is something that has the power to change the world in fundamental and far-reaching ways. Working at Springboard, you will be at the frontier of this change. + Disagreements are inevitable, but this team always assume positive intent - your ideas will always find an audience, and responsibility for your failures will always be shared. + Your teammates will speak over 20 languages combined, and have lived in as many countries at some point in their lives - so there are many stories to share!

      Cons

      - Work hours are flexible, but sometimes you might need to take meetings early in the morning and at night, since the team is split between SF and Bangalore - If you are NOT a music/movie/TV buff, gamer, traveler, foodie, or fond of exercise - you might feel a tad lonely at our team lunches and social events.

      Pros

      There are a lot of discussion around following good software architecture and development practices. The peers are very supportive and help you to strive for the best. They also promote continuous learning as part of job. The compensation is competitive to the industry. The work life balance is decent. New ideas are heard and implemented if they have any merit.

      Cons

      Its a fast paced startup hence, you would be asked to work to your full potential. Distributed Teams needs synchronization.

Continuous learning and supportive environment is what we strive for and are happy it's being noticed.       + A great learning culture that prioritizes getting things done + People on the team genuinely like one another + Founders care deeply about team and product + Mission and vision of the startup clearly defined--a path forward is clear to see +++ Great amounts of company snacks

      Cons

      - Distributed team makes it hard to coordinate certain projects - It's an early stage startup--that means lots of room to grow, but also means that there is a lot of work to go around that needs to be dealt with imminently.
