Pros

Consider that the average person spends 1/3rd of their life at work and ultimately, with their coworkers. Springbot makes this rather enjoyable as everyone is friendly, oftentimes forming friendships outside of just our business relationships. We have a really awesome culture here of helping to lift each other up to achieve our goals, both at work and outside of work! Reasons to work here include; fair compensation, awesome culture & people, great health benefits, supporting a company that actually helps small and medium-sized businesses grow and scale, ability to develop your skills in an up and coming company who is making waves in the saas industry! Springbot is a place for people who are willing to work hard and reap the rewards of challenging yourself to grow, develop, and reach big goals. If you're looking for a place to make opportunities happen, as opposed to hoping they just happen to you, look no further!

Cons

I really can't think of anything I would consider a true "Con" of working here. Sure, construction to the building is annoying sometimes. But that doesn't actually have anything to do with the company, culture, or roles...

Pros

Culture & community - The people are fantastic and it's easy to make lots of new friends. There are plenty of community events from volunteering opportunities to potlucks that help bolster comradery while also giving back to the community. Purpose & responsibility - Everyone plays an integral role in the success of the company. If you're a self-starter who wants to see a direct impact from your role, you'll find that here. Fast-paced and interesting work - The company is growing quickly and has some pretty lofty goals. To be successful here, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and come to work wanting to make a difference. Do your work well, be engaged in meetings, ask for help when needed and take initiative where you see opportunities. Leadership team - The senior leadership team is incredibly intelligent and hard-working. They have high expectations of their teams, but they encourage collaboration and foster a positive work environment. Hard work is recognized and appreciated. Location - In the heart of Midtown, easy to get to via MARTA. Traffic is awful, but that's Atlanta for you. Transportation - You can choose to have your garage parking paid for by the company or a monthly transportation stipend that can go toward MARTA. Gym on-site - There's a decent gym in the basement of the building that's paid for by the company. Dress code - Casual Amenities - Keurig coffee, kegerator (it's still a work environment & people respect that), ping pong table, lounge areas for breaks

Cons

Work/life balance - You get out what you put in. Long hours can be expected, but there's flexibility in hours and vacation time depending on which department you're in. Everything is results-driven, not a run out the clock mentality. Building, food & parking - Colony Square is going through major renovations right now, so construction is taking up a lot of parking spaces and the noise can be pretty loud at times. Your only options for food in the building are Starbucks, Chik-fil-a, and 1-3 food trucks on any given day. Lack of sophisticated processes & procedures - This is to be expected at a high growth startup. There's lots of progress being made, but if you're looking for a structured, consistent environment this may not be the place for you. Compensation & benefits - The pay is competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. No 401k match. Technology - Bring your own computer policy, but they do give you a stipend to help get you set up. Limited video-conferencing ability.

Pros

-Awesome leadership -Supportive team -The Culture is A+ -The product is cutting edge and the future of eCommerce -Do yourself a favor and apply here immediately

Cons

-Work hard/play hard mentality. The culture and team are the best, but bring your "A" game because these are some of the smartest people in ATL and you best represent.
