Pros

Buildings are beautiful, faculty is the most part quite friendly, and the pay wasn't the worst

Cons

The higher ups of the school didn't value other workers, often bending to others and not fully taking into consideration all of the issues at hands. There was a massive turnover in May that they have not recovered from and students gloat/brag about what happened. When I've tried to talk to certain members of admin they've blown me off and didn't wish to speak with me about my concerns.

I loved at St. Kate's - I worked there and graduated from there. The culture, vibes and people were wonderful.

Cons

St. Kate's wants to empower women, but that does not reflect in their pay ranges. I never once got a promotion and had to apply to be considered for an advanced job. I worked there 20 years.

flexible scheduling: able to schedule shifts around academic commitments. supportive work environment. Friendly colleagues and a team-oriented culture. Opportunity for skill development.- Building coordinators offer chances to gain practical experience and enhance resumes.

Cons

Pay rates are relatively low. Few paths for promotion in this role No clear communication from the management.
