Primary focus is to the patient, community with the employee as a close third.

Cons

With reimbursement cuts to hospitals and physicians the employee need to take on additional responsibility and there is not enough time in the day to complete everything

Friendly caring staff, great teamwork, would have considered staying but was offered a position elsewhere as soon as I was licensed to practice

Cons

No major challenges encountered here, occasional unfriendly coworker, but the VAST majority of staff members were friendly and extremely easy to get along with
