St. Joseph's may be on the lower side of pay rate but, over time is plentiful if you want it, health insurance is low, the offer a 403b with contribution, paid vacation, extended sick leave, health and wellness bonuses, tuition reimbursement, I can go on and on. The benefits are there you just have to utilize them.

Cons

As in most hospitals sometimes overworked. No way to move up the ladder unless you advance degrees.
