Pros

*They provided training for incoming float pool PCTs. *They also provide BLS training. *A chance to move to different departments after working for 3 months. *Some nurses are so nice to work with and treat you well.

Cons

*The ED was a bit chaotic/unorganized and short-staffed. *The pay is too minimal for the amount of work you do. *If you work in ED they don't have much training they will only let you shadow another PCT and some PCTs don't like that and you can feel it.

Trinity Lack of management No longer feel like a valued employee but now we are replaceable and just a body or a number
