Pros

Teaching, not-for-profit hospital, CEO is a nurse, team-orientated, deals with high-risk, impoverished patients, great learning opportunities

Cons

Pay is less competitive than other hospitals such as Mayo and Scottsdale Healthcare. Yet, if you do not need any benefits and have more than 2 yrs of experience the pay is great.
