Pros

I believe that our staff genuinely care about patients and their families. In most cases they are ethical and have a very determined, hard working staff.

Cons

Work expectations are a bit unrealistic. They routinely expect 50-60 hour work weeks out of employees salaried at 40 hours. Management does not always serve it's purpose of breaking down barriers. Personal growth isn't encouraged. Years of service will always be more important than quality of work over those years.

Good so far, has good starting pay for behavioral health however few opportunities for raises/upward mobility.

Management is good, pay is fairly good, they acknowledge hard workers and provide an open forum for issues you may have.

Cons

Raises are very rare, promotions even less so, i suppose if thats the worst of it its not so bad.
