Pros

SRG truly cares about their employees, as family. Management is extremely engaged and listens to what we have to say, as employees. Plenty of room for growth, women in high leadership roles, diversity, and great training.

Pros

SRG treats everyone like family. The Executives truly care about every single employee and want everyone to feel heard. Everyone is more then willing to help each other out when needed. SRG has also been actively participating and building relationships with charities and organizations in the Tampa Bay area. It has been a pleasure to work here!

Friendly staff. Welcoming executives. Team orientated. Opportunities to grow. Opportunities in the community to participate in.

Cons

Some may think working virtually could bring a small disconnect between staff. We have been able to find ways for everyone to interact and feel like a team even with members all over and in different time zones.
