      Great place for good minions

      Pros

      No pros really. Bullies. Toxic culture. Lacks respect, professionalism, honesty, integrity. Good hard working people leaving in droves. It is acceptable for C-level to get fat raises while its employees are rewarded with little or no raises. Negative.

      Cons

      This year you will be worked to death. Next year forget about the raise they lead you to expect to get. HR pretends to care. Don't fall for it. Don't waste time here if you are in tech. Outdated systems. Nepotism rampant. Exhausting.

      Pros

      Great worker camaraderie. Solid Monday-Friday schedules.

      Cons

      Management only concerned with their own advancement. Suggestions of workplace & product improvement always ignored. Impossible rules and standards to follow (ten seconds late, and it's a mark against you). Management is more concerned with getting as much money out of unhappy cancelling customers, than testing & fixing the product. The so-called "snacks" benefit are just cheap junk-food garbage.

      Zero innovation. No cutting edge tech or talent for that matter Mediocre and boring product Stale and depressing office environment Over-reliance on USPS's incompetence to support core business Young talent is over-worked and under-compensated
