Many people genuinely care about the work and bring a lot of heart and skill to what they do. There’s good flexibility and space to work independently. There are opportunities to create and improve processes if you take initiative.

Cons

Recognition can be uneven. Contributions don’t always translate into visibility or growth. Work tends to stay with familiar teams. It can be hard to access new opportunities. Burnout is common when people give a lot and feel unseen. Pay progression doesn't always reflect experience or impact. Paths to advancement are unclear without strong internal support.

Most of the group below leadership is great, fun team

Cons

Leadership is not willing to let you shine, they want to control every process and be the main lead. Your career will not grow here. No creativity- this is a team that cares more about "getting things done" than doing things well. Projects are bad, working mostly on government jobs, industrial work, etc. If you are looking for local creative jobs- this isn't it. Not forward thinking- not willing to look at other ways of doing things, it's leaderships way or no way. Leadership picks favorites- they will get the "good" work. The rest of the team is pretty much left to figure things out themselves.
