The workplace environment is very uplifting and full of people who are consistently ready to offer help and make you feel at home in the office. They have so much knowledge of the industry and always want people to succeed.

Cons

The office itself could use a renovation, but good thing they just did!

Laid back... and I guess the covered parking?

Cons

Plano leadership is shockingly clueless on how to lead people and manage an office. A lot of people were promoted too soon. Very much a "It's not us, it's you" mentality.
