Fun small office events and some cool younger co workers .

Cons

No mentorship or teamwork . Gretchen was a horrible design manager. People said they were too scared to say anything about her because of her status . No designers ever stay long . She didn’t treat people of color well . Very corporate environment where you have to play office politics.The very few people that have been there for years in management can do what they want to do and nothing happens. HR doesn’t do anything either . Bad work environment

Management is horrible & disorganized . No one really works as a team. Most people will be negative about everything. High turnover rate . You can’t be creative on projects .
