Lack of structured schedule. Lack of professionalism in some of the employees ( Most likely due to age).

Managers and coworkers, upper management is always stuck up, customers are crazy about their office supplies and saving 5 cents at the cost of your sanity.

Cons

schedule, its retail, odd people need office supplies (think people of walmart type of thing...)

The best reason to work here, is the ability to move up in the company and build management experience.

Cons

The pay is not competitive. They cut benefits for many of my employees and that creates very low morale in the workforce.
